Portland:

Wednesdays from 2 pm - 4:30 pm at B-line Warehouse (click to view map)

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS - Simply drive up to the loading dock and B-line employees will load your DockBox into your car.  Arrive at B-line Warehouse heading southbound along SE 8th Ave. A greeter will be waiting at the bay door for Dock 3, located under the word "HEY" in the mural on the building. They will take your name and retrieve your order. You will then be asked to open your trunk for a "touch-free" acceptance of your DockBox.

Corvallis Downtown:

Fridays from 11:30 pm to 4 pm at Common Fields Tap Room (click to view map)

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS - Fall/Winter - Please park in a designated pickup spot and call to have your order brought out to your car.  You can also come in to the tap room to pick up your DockBox. You may park anywhere in the Common Fields parking lot or there is free parking along the street.

Newport:

Wednesdays + Fridays from 12 pm to 4pm at Local Ocean Restaurant (click to view map)

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS - Please park and come in to the restaurant to pick up your DockBox from the hosts. You may park anywhere in the Local Ocean parking lot. There is also free parking along the street.

Home Shipping:

We are now offering DockBox shipped directly to your home!  Currently, this service is open to Oregon & Washington addresses.  Please inquire if you would like to have nonperishable items (such as canned tuna) shipped outside of Oregon. 

DockBox shipped orders are sent via UPS and ship out on Wednesdays, which will mean that you can typically expect your order to arrive on Thursday or Friday, depending on your location.  The order cutoff for the weekly DockBox is Sunday at midnight. A shipping fee will apply to all shipped orders. 

Pick Up FAQs

Can I have someone else pickup my order? Totally!  Just make sure that they know the name and order number on the order.  The one exception is for orders containing alcoholic beverages - you must be present to pickup since we will check that the name on your order matches the name on your I.D.

Can I return the box?  Yes, we gladly accept the box liner and ice packs for sanitization and reuse.  Please recycle the cardboard box itself, as we are unable to sanitize those properly.
