Upon pickup or delivery of an alcoholic beverage, you:
- Must present ID
- Cannot have another individual pick up the item on your behalf; the name(s) on the order must match the name on the ID
Alcohol Policies
Alcohol beverages cannot be purchased for Eugene/Springfield pickup or delivery. Orders for Eugene/Springfield will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
*Cocktails must be purchased with a substantial food item. Only one kit (2 drinks worth) may be purchased with an add-on item such as crab soup, and up to two kits (4 drinks worth) may be purchased with a full DockBox meal that serves 2.

If you are not home when your order is delivered we cannot leave your order on your doorstep. Instead, we will keep and refund the item.
