Salmon Sliders Appetizer Kit

MAKES: 6 salmon sliders

Coho Salmon Patties
FROM YOUR PANTRY
3-4 tbsp olive oil for cooking
Sriracha or similar to spice up the tartar sauce (optional)
Additional toppings for the sliders (optional)
1. Heat a large nonstick pan or skillet over medium-high heat. When the pan is hot, add 2 tbsp olive oil. Heat the oil until it is shimmering (but not smoking) and add the salmon patties to the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, browning them well.
2. While the patties are cooking, toast the slider buns – drizzle with a little oil and toast them in a pan or skillet, or throw them in the oven for a couple minutes until they crisp up a little on the cut side.
3. Spread a thin layer of tartar sauce on the buns (at the restaurant we spice up the tartar by mixing in sriracha or chipotle), then top with the salmon patties and lettuce. You can add other garnishes from your home pantry as desired (like pickles or tomatoes). Serve with fries. Enjoy!
