Peel n' Eat Prawns Appetizer Kit
PEEL N' EAT PRAWNS

FROM YOUR PANTRY
1. Poach the prawns: Fill a 2-quart saucepan 2/3 full of water. Add the pickling spices and bring to a boil.
2. Add the whole prawns to the water and turn off the heat. Cover the pot and leave for 5 minutes (we recommend setting a timer).
3. While the prawns are cooking, fill a medium sized bowl with ice and water.
After 5 minutes, use tongs to transfer the prawns into the ice water to chill. You can let them cool completely, or serve while they are still warm.
4. Peel off the shells and enjoy with cocktail sauce, or horseradish if you have it!
